Hungary

I am going to start doing country's from Europe in my blogs. The reason for that is because Europe has some of the finest cuisines in the world. Probably a lot of the country's I do do not have the best food but I have a felling a lot will have good foods, and the reason I picked Hungary this post is because it looked like hungry on the map. I am going to do this post a little different this time.

Hungarian traditional food is influenced form many countries such as France, Germany and Austria. Below this small paragraph I will have list of there foods.

Meat: Like many countries meat is popular there. They have goulash, tokany, and porkolt. Hungarians eat sausage a lot on a regular basis too. The meat there recipes there are many.

There are some Hungarian fish soups that you could probably get at most Hungarian restaurants. Halászlé is a popular fresh water fish soup in Hungary.

Desert: Desert in Hungary is from all around Europe. They have a popular desert called Somloi Galuska which is a sponge called with all kinds of good stuff on it. Another sponge cake is Dobos Torta which is topped with caramel. Hungary also has many other great desserts and if you like pastries, I think Hungary is the place to be. Look at the pictures of the sponge cakes I guarantee you will drool.
